Glide over the glorious water of the Bay, via the Blue & Gold Fleet. It's the Bay area's largest provider of water excursion services. They offer a range of cruises including spectacular Bay Cruises, ferries to Sausalito, Tiburon, Alameda/Oakland, Vallejo and Angel Island, as well as tours to the Wine Country, San Francisco City Tour, Monterey/Carmel, Muir Woods, Yosemite National Park and Six Flags Marine World.
It is the only ferry service which takes you for a day's trip to the fascinating Alcatraz island. The trip lasts for three hours while an award winning audio commentary holds you spell bound.
SEAT (Sustainable Easy Access Transport) is available for wheelchair users and visitors unable to walk to quarter mile, 12% upgrade. No animals (except certified service animals) are allowed on Alcatraz Island.
The cruise is always crowded and full of people out to have fun. The ship can accommodate 300 people at reasonable prices. Alcohol is prohibited on any sailing to Alcatraz Island, but is available for the return trip. Schedules, service and prices are subject to change without notice.
