City Kayak

City Kayak is located on the Embarcadero and Townsend street in South Beach area of San Francisco.

City Kayak has been dubbed as one of 50 great adventures by Travel & Leisure Magazine, April 2005 and the Best of the West in Sunset Magazine, April 2004.

Beginners can paddle their way along the water front while viewing sights like Aquatic Park, Cupids Arrow, McCovey and the Bay Bridge. While Kayakers who have a little extra knowledge and experience in this field, can venture out to the Golden Gate bridge or around Alcatraz island. You can bring your own Kayak and explore San Francisco's waters.
The Kayak provides job opportunities too. They recruit people willing to lend a helping hand to their customers while Kayaking. The job they offer is part time and mostly on weekends; each shift lasting 7 hours.
They provide one of the best parking facilities in the area. You can park for free inside the Pier 38 if space is available. Otherwise, paid parking is available at Pier 32.
Open Hours : City Kayak is open for scheduled trips. Rentals are available by appointment during the week days. Walk- ins are welcome during weekends between 10am- 5pm, but customers with reservation gets first service and kayak selections.
