Tru Spa is a serene retreat from the crowded Chinatown streets outside. Its virgin white color scheme and bamboo floors, sooths your nerves and make you unwind. A silver beaded curtain stands watch over the ladies locker room, stocked with a dazzling array of luxe beauty products. The spa starts caring for you, the moment you step inside. Before going in for a specific treatment, you can go in for steaming- hot shower or gorge on lip- smacking snacks like brownies, cheese and crackers.
Their staff is professional, trained and strives hard to provide you with the best services available. The manicure and pedicure facilities they offer are the highlight of their spa. There are five private massage and six private facial rooms; a Signature Rainforest Room, three manicure/pedicure stations and a retail apothecary space.
Starting at a minimum 75 minutes, massages are customized to each client's needs, utilizing Swedish, deep tissue and trigger- point techniques. Their special rainforest room custom designed by owner Craig Fossella and architect Chris Kofitas is unique. Showers of water pours down from its ceiling giving you the feel of getting wet in the rain. Massage, body treatments, wet treatments, facials, hair removal, sunless tanning, manicure/pedicure, waterfall shower are some of the facilities offered.
