This spa is constantly developing personalized spa and Chinese medicine treatments to meet your specific needs. Their approach to nutrition is based on the philosophy that many health problems can be addressed by reversing the ill effects of modern diet.
Owner and massage therapist Kate Carroll has six different massage treatments: Intensely Deep Tissue, energizing Shiatsu and stress- dispersing, toxin- flushing Gentle. Get more specific with realigning strategy or rejuvenating Mama Massage - Little & Big.
Its specialties include: a massage tailored for pregnant women; nutritional consultations; and acupuncture sessions that aim to alleviate depression, headaches and reproductive difficulties. Half- and full- day packages are also available, some of which include a healthy lunch.
