Advanced Wellness is a personal training, nutrition and massage studio located in the heart of San Francisco. It is solely dedicated to trainers and their clients. So each client is assured personal service and care. The atmosphere inside is as smooth and stress- free as it can get. The machines installed here are of high quality including Cybex, Paramount, Stairmaster and Precor. They also house a wide range of free weights and exercise aids.
For the convenience of clients, the massage rooms are located in the back of the studio. Advanced wellness focuses on three substantial factors namely physical activity, stress management and healthy dieting.
After a tiring day at work you can revive your spirits with a massage. You can choose from Swedish, Deep Tissue and Sports Massage, to Hot Stone, Pre- and Post- Natal, Rolfing and Neuromuscular Therapy.
If you want to shed some extra pounds, Advance Wellness is your answer. It uses a body composition analyzer to measure the client's fat mass, fat- free mass, fat percentage and total body water. The nutritionist will work with you to identify dietary patterns that may be keeping you from reaching your target of shedding the requisite pounds. Once specific patterns are identified, you'll learn how to alter your diet to achieve maximum health and energy benefit.
